Bolborhynchus

Bolborhynchus is a genus of small South American parrots. The most common of the genus is the Lineolated parakeet. They are fairly common as pets and you can find some  here https://www.birdbreeders.com/birds/lineolated-parakeet.
Other species are rarely if not kept as pets.
The Rufous fronted Parakeet's population is decreasing and is considered vulnerable.
